This is a spice blend used to make vegetarian pulao.
Recipe: Soak 200g of rice for about 30 minutes. Heat 30g of oil. Add 5g of Pulao Masala and heat stirring about 15-2o seconds. Add rice and fry with stirring for about 2 minutes.
Add water (2 x as much as rice). Add salt to taste and washed (minimum 50g) vegetables, eg potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas, cauliflower, etc. Stew without covering until the water evaporates.
