INGREDIENT REQUIRED

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Add half a cup of water to the chicken portions, cover, and boil/steam on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and drain, and sprinkle Shan Chicken Broast Mix evenly over the chicken pieces.
  3. Set aside to cool/refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces on high heat until crisp and golden. Remove and drain the oil. Spread on absorbent paper.
