Urid Dal-Mash Daal White recipe

Ingredients:

Mash lentils A cup

Onions Two numbers

tomato…………………. Three digits

Green peppers……………. Four digits

Ginger Two inch piece

Salt According to taste

Chili powder…………….. A teaspoon

Turmeric……………. A teaspoon

Cumin.……………. A tablespoon

garam masala……………… A tablespoon

Green coriander………………….. 4/1 cup

Mint……………… As needed

Synthesis:

Once dal reaches the desired consistency turn off flame. Add the tempering over the dal. Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
